Return & Exchange Policy – Gulabi Doriyan

At Gulabi Doriyan, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail. We strive to deliver the best quality and experience to our customers.

1. Exchange Policy (Size Exchange Only)

We offer exchange only for size issues.

  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Exchange is subject to availability of size
  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only

📌 Note: Customers will have to bear the shipping cost for size exchange.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product received

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video.

 

 

3. No Return/Exchange in Other Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for

  • Color differences due to lighting/screen
  • Slight design variations
  • Change of mind

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged or wrong products
  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Return Pickup

  • For damaged or incorrect products, we will arrange pickup
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

 

6. Shipping & COD Charged 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • COD charges are non-refundable
